- Quitline: 1-877-335-2567 This is the first smoking cessation quitline in the Island. It is operated as part of a partnership with the Department of Health.
- EnControl A weight control program which has served over 900 individuals. Each has averaged a weight loss of over 20 lbs. Now expanding to offer bariatric services.
- Home Monitoring A distance Disease Management program designed in partnership with Cardiocom to monitor the health status of over 500 patients with health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure and COPD.

Telephonic Triage Nursing System. TeleMedik’s nursing advice program can be customized to meet your needs. Advanced Triage. Triage nurses will coordinate access to 911, Private Ambulance, MD Home Visit and PCP for Medicare advantage participants in accordance with client established protocols. Service available during off business hours only or 24/7.
Wellness and Life Styles. The Wellness and Life Styles Division provides guidance, education, and direct services to promote healthy life styles and improve. This Division runs the “In Control” Weight Management Program and the only fully accredited and bilingual “Quitline” in Puerto Rico.
