TeleMedik is fully accredited by the American Accreditation Healthcare Commission / URAC. All of our policies and procedures are based on the "Triage and Health Information" standards of the AAHC/URAC.

TeleMedik is a primary Spanish language triage call center accredited by URAC within the United States. We are also recognized for being bilingual triage call center. Our services are in strict compliance with major health assurance organizations such American Medical Association, Department of Health and health accreditation organizations within Puerto Rico and the United States.

All of our services are continuously monitored using dedicated technology and supervisory interventions from physicians and R.N. personnel with vast clinical experience to assure the highest quality of medicine. Our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs supported by on going clinical and statistical reports generated by Hipocrates® system monitor the quality of every case managed by our Professional Nurses to assure optimum health care triage services quality.
